St. Michael’s Hospital
Looking Deeper into Healthcare Innovation
To promote the opening of the Li Ka Shing Knowledge Institute, Juice worked with St. Michael’s Hospital to illustrate the real stories of innovation taking place in different areas of their new facility.

The major interface feature is a 3D model of the facility produced by Norm Li that can be rotated left and right by the user. Clicking the various hotspots on the building reveals images of the interior and associated videos.

Designed by Diamond+Schmitt Architects, the facility is designed to foster collaboration and innovation through open-concept spaces and shared communal areas. Its most striking feature is the footbridge that connects Li Ka Shing to St. Michael’s, allowing for—and emphasizing—the transfer of knowledge from “bench to bedside”.

Juice partnered with our amazing friends at studio m to film and direct the seven videos featured in the site. These videos can be played full-screen without distractions from the interface.
